Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure we provide the highest level of service and maintain a fair schedule for all our guests, please review our booking policy below. By securing an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Deposits & Payments A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment. This deposit is applied toward the total balance of your service on the day of your appointment. Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. If you provide the required notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment (one-time courtesy). Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of your deposit. Late Arrivals We value your time and aim to stay on schedule for all guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment entirely. Arriving more than 20 minutes late is considered a "No-Show." No-Show Policy Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the automatic forfeiture of your deposit. To protect our provider’s schedule, we reserve the right to require full pre-payment for future bookings for any client with a history of missed appointments. Pre-Treatment Requirements As a safety precaution, please ensure you have read and followed all pre-treatment care instructions provided upon booking. If you arrive for your appointment unable to receive the service safely due to non-compliance with these instructions (e.g., sun exposure, contraindicated skincare usage), the appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
